Only recently opened, this is already established as one of the island's few top flight restaurants. Located in the cente of the old town, its gifted young chef/proprietor Aristoteles Megoulas developed his skills in Bologna and now creates his exceptional dishes based on traditional Mediterranean recipes using Italian technique. A recent French restaurant guide describes his plats as works of art. No doubt he has inherited some of his flair from his father George, a renowned Greek sculptor.
